Attribution and Branding:

• Your content will remain associated with your account and profile
• We will preserve attribution to you as the content creator
• Your brand identity and username will be maintained alongside your content
• We will not remove watermarks, signatures, or other identifying marks you include

Technical Operations:

• Format conversion for compatibility across devices and browsers
• Backup and redundancy for data protection
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Moderation and safety scanning

What We Will NOT Do

No Misrepresentation:

• We will not claim authorship of your content
• We will not remove proper attribution or credits

No Unauthorized Commercial Use:

• We will not license your content to other companies without your consent

Respect for Your Brand:

• We will not alter your content in ways that damage your reputation
• We will maintain the connection between your content and your profile

Your Rights and Ownership

You Maintain Ownership:

• You retain full ownership of your original content
• You can delete your content at any time
• You can download your content and take it elsewhere
• You maintain the right to license your content to others

Content Control:

• You can set privacy controls and visibility settings
• You can manage how your content appears on our platform

Platform Revenue and Monetization

If we offer monetization features (such as ad revenue sharing, premium subscriptions, or direct payments), you will retain the primary economic benefit from your content, with platform fees clearly disclosed.

Content Standards and Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines, applicable laws, or poses security risks, but will provide clear reasoning when possible.

Data Portability

• We may retain backup copies for legal compliance and security purposes
• You can request a copy of your content for personal use

Representations and Warranties

By submitting content, you represent that:
